I am sorry to hear about your Mother. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Aunt Margaret was a great woman. Very few people knew she was not only an Oreals fan but she was a Phillies fan as well. I remember when I was younger and she and Uncle Jim would come to visit my mom-mom and Pop-pop, she would say, I'm still a Baltimore fan at heart but since I'm here I'm a phillies fan." God Bless you Aunt Margaret u lived a long and happy life an snow your in heaven with your husband, brothers and sisters.

We will miss you very much.  We both loved and enjoyed your company.  Sorry we could not be there.  Loving wishes to all the family

To the Murtha Families -

We have fond memories of your Mom & Dad - When they had visits with Aunt Adelaide & Uncle Frank Benham  - I sometimes had  been invited over to play with you guys this of course was when we were much younger.  Back in the Good Old Days!!  Then we were together @ the Benham's marriages - great times and fond memories were made. 

What a Grand Lady Aunt Margaret was and she and Aunt Adelaide were adoring Sisters - great examples of a close knit family too difficult to fill their shoes.

May it help you to know that we share in your painful loss - but appreciate the fact she lived a good long life....

May you RIP Aunt Margaret and we hope the Memories you all made with her will sustain you through these difficult times.

Dear Margaret and Family. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember all the good times we had together with your Mom and Aunt Adelaide. You are all in my prayers.

The Benhams have so many fond memories of the Murthas. I will always remember the movies Dad [Frank Benham] took of all of us when we were growing up together...7 Murthas and 6 Benham kids. Those 8mm movie films converted to DVD are priceless.

Our Moms [Adelaide Benham and Margaret Murtha] cared so deeply for each other and their families. For me, they were an inspiration of family life.

Your mom was a treasure.  I have so many memories it is hard to pick one.  I always remember how she would let us spread out the monopoly game on you dining room table and sometimes it would be there for a few days.  Also, I remember almost begging to get to stay for dinner when your mom made pot roast.  I have never, ever had any that compares to hers.  May all you wonderful memories bring you comfort.
