Joanne Clark Smith, age 85, of Kingsville, MD, passed away on January 22, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Thomas Joseph Smith; devoted mother of Cathleen R. Wortman and her husband David, Kevin T. Smith, and Julia S. Carter and her husband Steven; loving grandmother of Patricia Wortman, Robert Wortman, Jarrett Carter, and Thomas Carter; dear sister of the late Robert F. Clark.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at 10 AM, at St. Joseph Catholic Church (Fullerton, MD). Inurnment to follow in the adjoining cemetery.
