On February 16, 2024, H. Robert “Bob” Flater passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Fran T. Flater; devoted father of Mark Flater, Craig Flater, his wife Lyubov, Kimberly Sluss, her husband Toby; loving grandfather of David Flater, Graham Sluss; and dear brother of Cheryl Flater.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Monday, February 19, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
