Elizabeth Beatty Cawkwell, age 95, of Perry Hall, MD passed away on October 12, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late John Barry Cawkwell for 58 years; devoted mother of David John Cawkwell and his wife Yvonne Kelvey, and the late Roy Robert Cawkwell; dear sister of Douglas Beatty, and the late John, Bill, Sr., and Charles Beatty, and Isabelle Shehan; loving aunt of James, Jane, Jeff, and Gerard Shehan, and Daniel, Raymond, Kenneth, Bill, Jr., Stephanie, and Gregory Beatty and their families. Also survived by many friends, club members, and neighbors.
Throughout her lifetime, Elizabeth was known for her love of travel, gardening, and roses.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Parkwood Cemetery.
