Charles is the beloved husband of the late LaTreva Weir; devoted father of Kathleen St. Clair and husband Robert; loving grandfather of Stephen St. Clair, and Sean St. Clair and wife Ariel; great-grandfather of S. J., Charlie, and Grace; dear brother of Nancy Weaver.
