Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Paul and Phyllis (Butler) Norton. He is the dear friend of Lossie Batts of Norwood.
Skip was a Janitor at The ARC of South Norfolk for many years. He loved traveling and going on cruises, Elvis, all things country and going out with his friends. Skip was a great friend and will be missed by all his friends at Lifeworks.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 18th at 10:00am in the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street (Rte. 1A), Norwood. Inurnment will follow the service in Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
