Catherine M. King

Kay is survived by her daughter, Paula Nelson, of Los Altos, CA; grandchildren, Katie and Ashley Nelson and Michael Tillett; and great granddaughter, Mary Kate Tillett. Also survived by sons-in-law, Ed Groden of Westwood, Don Tillett of Norwood; and many nieces and nephews.

Always a hardworking woman, she began her career in Boston with the John Hancock, where she met her husband, Joe King. Kay had many interests and worked as a Legal Secretary in Norwood until she was 78.

She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph A. King; also by two daughters, Cathy Groden of Westwood, Mary Tillett of Norwood, and by her son-in-law, Mark Nelson of Los Altos, CA.

A memorial Mass will be held at 10:30AM on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at St. Timothy Parish, 650 Nichols Street, Norwood. Interment will follow at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
