Brissette Sr. and Jeannette Ida (Bradbury) Brissette. He is survived by his wife Susan Parrella-Brissette of
25 years, children Camille and son-in-law Christopher Hanlon, Daniel, Madelyn, and Neal, mother
Jeannette (Bradbury) Brissette, siblings Pamela Voorhees and brother-in-law Christopher Voorhees,
Theresa Kimball and brother-in-law Bill Kimball, Lisa Brissette, Roger Brissette and sister-in-law Nicole
Brissette, Paula Brissette and brother-in-law Karl Anderson, Sara Brissette and brother-in-law Scott
Dargie, father-in-law Salvatore Parrella, mother-in-law Eileen Parrella, grandchildren Allyson and Emily Hanlon, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including Dale Trow Sr. He is predeceased by his father Neal Robert Brissette Sr., Brother Neal Robert Brissette Jr., son Christopher Neal Brissette II, brother-in-law James Parrella, and lifelong friend Bert Johnson.
Christopher was raised in West Deering, NH with his parents and six other siblings. Much of his childhood was spent exploring the outdoors. He attended Hillsboro-Deering school. He and Susan met through mutual friends. They immediately had an unbreakable connection. He was a proud stepfather and soon they started a family of their own in 1993. Chris became the father of four more wonderful children. They were his entire world. Chris welcomed many children into his home and raised them as his own.
Chris earned many different nicknames over the years, including Baron, B, Big bear, and Louie. Christopher started his lifelong career and passion as a woodsman at a young age in New Hampshire. His greatest pleasures were shared with his family and friends. He enjoyed logging with his sons, three-wheeling, snowmobiling, racing, derbies, horse pulls, working on vehicles, and country music. He was known for his contagious laugh, loveable spirit, and willingness to lend a hand. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Calling hours will be Sunday September 27, 2020 from 12-3pm at R.J. Fahy Funeral Home, 116 N. Broad St. Norwich, NY with service and celebration following. Please wear face masks and observe social distancing. In the near future, family and friends plan to have a celebration of life in New Hampshire.
