Cheryl A. Crouch, 62, of Mystic died Monday, March 28, 2016. She was born and raised in Ledyard but lived most of her adult life in North Stonington and Mystic. She was the daughter of James and Ida (Marciniak) Crouch. Cheryl loved animals and was devoted to her dogs Sam and Tippy. She was a voracious reader, avid vegetable gardener and skilled needle-worker. Cheryl enjoyed surprising her family and friends with gifts of produce from her garden, beautiful handmade afghans and cross stitch pieces. She worked as a printer for the former Twenty Third Publications in Mystic and Bayard of New London. She also worked for the former A&P and Big Y in Mystic and Phoenix Optix of Ashaway, R.I. Cheryl is survived by two brothers, Ronald Crouch of Norwich and Lawrence Crouch of Waterford, two sisters, Kathleen Powell of St. Louis Missouri, and Lisa D’Andria of Norwich, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Giles Crouch. Funeral services will be private.
