Terry Chad Lancaster

NORTHPORT - Chad Lancaster, age 38, of Northport, died January 2, 2017, at home. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, January 8, 2017, at Sunset Funeral Home with Dwight Geist officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kaylee Lancaster; grandparents, Richard and Lillie Brown; uncle, Robert Brown; aunt, Patsy Bilyme and cousin, Cyndi Hayes.

Survivors include his daughter, Teagan Lancaster; son, Payton Lancaster; brothers, Robert, Brandon and Brian Lancaster; mother and father, Marty and David Lancaster; and father, Terry Lancaster.

Chad Lancaster, 38 years old, of Northport, Ala. passed away at his residence on Monday, January 2, 2017. He was born and raised in Northport, Ala. and graduated from Tuscaloosa County High School. Chad loved spending time with his children and family and Alabama football. He was an avid gamer and enjoyed playing base guitar and drawing. He had a quirky sense of humor and knew how to make people laugh. Chad will be dearly missed, but his memory will live on forever, through his family and friends that loved him so.

Pallbearers will be Brian Lancaster, Alex Hughes, Mike Hughes, Clint Boothe, Jeremy Hayes and Jimmy Greene.

Honorary pallbearers are Max Griffith, Joel McDaniel, Daniel McCauley and Mike McCauley.
