NORTHPORT | Kathy Nell Bonner Jones, age 59, of Northport, passed away June 19, 2016, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, a dignity memorial provider directing. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Christine and Clarence Bonner and two sisters, Clara Hall and Betty Jo Rowland.
Survivors include her daughter, Amber Triggs (Geoffrey ); sisters, Mavis Jones, Susan Smith (Johnny) and Mary Swindle (Clarence); and brothers, L.V. Bonner (Linda) and M.C. Bonner (Janet).
Kathy was a mother, baby of eight, lover of cats, Avon lady and bringer of joy. Kathy took care of all of us. We are thankful for that feisty little fighter who lived up Highway 69. We'll watch for you laughing in the stars.
Pallbearers will be Terrill Jones, Mark Smith, Scott Taylor, Daniel Rice, Ryan Leach, and John Cameron, Jr.
