James David Holman

FOSTERS – James David Holman, age 53, of Fosters, Ala., died March 20, 2016. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 26, 2016, at New Beginning Family Worship Center with Randy Fuller officiating. Burial will follow in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be two hours prior to service at the church.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Dow Holman and brother, Robby Holman.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Holman of Fosters, Ala.; daughters, April Jones (James) and Erin Holman; sisters, Sharon Cheyne (Bob) and Margie Carroll (Terry); brothers, Cecil Jones (Jenny), Sonny Jones (Marilyn), Ken Jones (Tess) and Dow Holman; mother, Elaine Brown; and grandchildren, Rebekah Jones and Leah Jones.

David left this life on March 20, 2016 to spend eternity with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He left behind his wife and best friend of 32 years.

David was so proud of his two daughters and the Godly women they have become. He was especially proud of his granddaughters and they were the light of his life. He was their beloved Paw Paw.

David touched many lives and will never be forgotten.

Pallbearers will be Clark Deason, Don Pennington, Dewayne Smalley, Willie Kelly, Zach Stone and Ron May.

Honorary pallbearers are B.F. Goodrich employees.
