Peter Booth

Peter passed away peacefully on Sunday morning Sept. 24, 2017 at the age of 87, predeceased by his brother Kenneth and twin sister Sheila. Born in Yorkshire England on April 4 1930, Peter came to Canada in 1957 and is survived by his wife Joan, children Christine, Andrew (Erika), Margaret (Vito), and grandchildren Bradan, Benjamin, Lucy and Owen. Peter had served in the Royal Air Force in his younger years and was an avid sportsman who excelled at any sport he tried with noted aptitudes in cricket, soccer, rugby, sailing, and golf.

We would like to thank the caring staff at Lynn Valley Manor for their warmth and support in Peters last year. A celebration of Peters life will be held at Boal Chapel, 1505 Lillooet Road North Vancouver on Monday, October 2, 2017 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the B.C. Lung Association. He shall be remembered for his friendship, kindness, and perseverance.
