I'm so sorry to hear of this passing. I did not know that this happened. I had great respect for Frank and considered him a friend as well as a colleague. We were in touch with one another a few times a year, he never failed to remember birthdays. holidays or other special events. I will miss my interactions with him. You truly are an Angel Frank, at peace with God. I'm quite sure the red carpet was put out for you when you arrived!  I am so very saddened to hear of Frank's untimely passing. I know his Birthday is next week and was hoping to reach out to him to reconnect after about 10 years. Libby & Cathy, Jen & I send our love and prayers to you and all of Frank's family during this very difficult time. May God's strength and your loving memories of this giant of a man keep you going.  Like Val, I 1st met Frank at CMX. As mentioned, Frank was a consummate professional & never forgot his colleagues.  He was a catalyst for my landing a consulting job in Long Island and then a very meaningful position at the Children's Village in Westchester New York. Frank was a mentor, friend and big brother. He was one of the most generous people I've ever known.  He spread  love wherever he went and I'm sure to thousands of people that you'll never know about. He made every person he came in contact with smile with a kind word or a silly joke. Thank you Frank for being such a power house of goodness. Your love will carry on in generous 'pay it forward' deeds that you started. The world is a better place because of you. I know heaven is 'richer' with you there! You will be missed.

Just heard about Frank's passing.. He was kind and a good man. I still have the quarter he gave me for good luck in the glove-box of my car. .  my deepest sympathy..

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing.  We have been out of our house for about 10 days while work is ongoing.

Frank was truly a great man. Always appear to me as a caring and Humble man. Everytime he came in to see us he always had something in his hand for the staff as well as our children. Frank will be missed along with his loving smile. God bless his wife Libby and carry her through these tough times. May god bless his family. There is a angel coming up. I met Frank almost thirty years ago at CMX Trucking, I was a cocky young kid and Frank was a professional executive.  Over the years I learned a lot from Frank and as the years went on Frank became a friend.  After leaving CSX Frank and I stayed in touch and each Christmas, no matter where we were living a box of tastykake's would arrive from Frank.  To this day my kids now in there mid twenties still talk about Frank and the tastykake's.  Frank was always a professional, was a good person to talk to and I was proud to be a friend of Frank's.  I believe the best word to describe Frank is class.  No matter the situation Frank always had class.  Gob bless my friend.
