A proud graduate of Archbishop Curley High School in 1962, Mr. Valentine spent his life as an entrepreneur, successfully owning and operating several businesses. He was the owner of AB Pawn and Gun for over 30 years, a true labor of love. In addition to his pawn shop, Mr. Valentine previously owned a trucking company and a gas station. A seasoned real estate broker, he also dedicated time to buying, selling, and managing properties. He was actively involved in the community, serving as President and holding various other positions within America's Corvette Club.
Outside of his professional life, Bill was a passionate Corvette collector, a highly skilled bowler and billiard player, and enjoyed tennis. His enthusiasm for life and his hobbies was infectious, and he made a lasting impact on everyone he met.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Penny Valentine. He is survived by his wife, Linda; his two sons, Jimmy and Richard; and five grandchildren: Austin, Amber, Brianna, Christina, and Jaidyn Valentine, and great grandchildren Aspen and Haven. He is also survived by his loving significant other, Carolina Ramos, and her sons, Bruce and Ronnie, as well as her granddaughters, Alex and Lucia. Additionally, Robert leaves behind his dear cousin, Jimmy Powers.
Bill will be remembered for his huge heart, always willing to help others, his generosity, and his unwavering presence for those in need. He was a great friend to many, and his kindness and support touched countless lives. A special thank you goes to his long-time trusted friend and employee, Howard Marmer, and all the employees who worked alongside him.
Bill's legacy of love, friendship, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
