Ryan Michael Mascoe, 45, of Little Rock, AR passed away November 22, 2024. He was born November 5, 1979, in Little Rock, AR to Stanley Richard Mascoe Jr. and Beverly Autry Mascoe. Ryan graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering. While attending college, he was in the marching band, the Hog Wild band, and the symphony orchestra. Ryan was a huge Razorback fan and could be heard calling the Hogs on occasion. He worked as a senior engineer at Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock. He was a member of First Assembly of God church in NLR. Ryan loved hiking, camping, and snow skiing, but his passion was music and traveling to new places. He enjoyed all types of music, from classical to blue grass and electronic music. He attended concerts and music festivals all over the country and in Europe and was planning a month long trip to Europe this summer. During his previous trip to Europe, he immersed himself in the art museums and the beautiful architecture in between various concerts. Ryan loved his family and friends. He made friends wherever he went and kept in touch with his Festival Family, even though they might only see each other once or twice a year.
Ryan is preceded in death by his grandparents, Stanley and Joyce Mascoe of Conway, AR; Aubrey and Christine Autry of North Little Rock, AR; and his cousin, David Autry of Batesville, AR.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Stanley Richard “Rick” and Beverly Mascoe; his grandmother, Pam Mascoe; aunts and uncles Renee and Bill Binkley, Cindy and Kerry Webb, Mark and Andrea Mascoe, Ron and Susan Autry, Steve and Sheila Autry; a host of cousins and friends; and his life long friend, Billy Owens.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 5 PM to 7 PM at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, AR, 72117.
A Celebration of Ryan’s life will be Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Jumper and Reverend Daniel Autry officiating. Ryan was a joyful person. It would honor Ryan’s memory for you to wear Razorback attire or cheerful colors.
