Born November 2, 1928 to the late Nathaniel Hart and Helen Seymore Hart in Griffithville, Arkansas.
Early in the 1940’s, she studied to be a LVN or Licensed Vocational Nurse at Baptist Health School (BSH). She loved taking care of others.
For fourteen years, she taught “line dancing” at the Patrick Hays Community Center, to a group of women who dearly loved her.
Preceded in death by, Sidney A. Brown (Husband) Jean S. Hart Disarro (Sister).
Survived by Sandra Brown (Daughter), Stephen B. Dalton (Grandson) and Sidney A. Brown, Jr. (Son) (Nancy). Niece, Debra Disarro Coleman (Steve) and Nephew, Jack Disarro (Linda).

A graveside service for Peggy will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Rest Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, 7724 Landers Rd., North Little Rock, AR 72116.
