Pamela Rankins 67, of North Little Rock passed away Monday, December 26th, 2022. She was born in Wichita, Kansas on May 16th, 1955 to the late Joseph Woodward and Bobbie Orr Woodward. She was a devoted mother and nana. She was known for her empathy, taking care of others, making people laugh, and joyful nature. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, planting flowers, collecting Mickey Mouse items, and being around her family. She worked for The Department of Finance and Administration as the assistant supervisor for over 30 years.
She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Woodward, and her mother, Bobbie Orr Woodward.
She is survived by her son, Christopher Rankins; her daughter Brandy Lane, son in law Jeffery Lane, two grandchildren Mary-Katherine and Owen Lane; her previous spouse, Kenneth Rankins; her boyfriend, Gordon Pendergraft; her three brothers, William Woodward, Jimmy Woodward, and Darrell Woodward; half-sister, Pat; and all of her beloved extended family members.
We invite our friends and family to celebrate her life with us. Services will be on Friday, December 30th. Visitation is at 9am, Funeral Service is at 10am, and Graveside Service is at 11am. Services will be held at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home and Cemetery, 7724 Landers Road North Little Rock, AR 72117.
We will always cherish and remember the time and memories that we had with her. She was the best Mother, Nana, and friend that any of us could have asked for and she will be greatly missed.
