Shirley Charm, age 95, of Delray Beach, reached the end of her wonderful life on Sept. 20, 2023. Shirley was married to her loving husband Michael who she met at age 17 at the New York League for the Hard of Hearing. He preceded her in death in 2006. Shirley was proud to have been employed for many years by Hadassah Women’s Zionist Organization from where she retired in 1989. She and Michael then relocated from NYC to So. Florida.
Shirley is survived by her loving family: daughter Sherry Dub, son-in- law Steven Dub, daughter Joanne Merle, son-in-law Gordon Merle, granddaughter Erin Sherman and husband Matthew Sherman, granddaughter Samantha Johnson and husband Matthew Johnson, and great grandchildren Penny, Maya, Charlie and Leia. She will remain in her loving family’s hearts forever.
A funeral service for Shirley will be held Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 1:30 PM at Star of David Funeral Chapel, 7701 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, FL 33068. Following the funeral service will be a burial.
