Miriam was a great lady.  She will not be forgotten!

Miriam was the first girl I ever kissed.  I think I was about 5 or 6 years old.  I am now 76 and still have this in my thoughts.  Significant events seem to stay with us for a lifetime.  Miriam will always be in my thoughts.

I remember Miriam from public school in Grand Rapids, as well as religious school at Temple Emanuel.  She was always a friendly and classy person, and I'm sure everybody who knows her is saddened, but memories of her will always cheer us.

I will always remember Miriam.   At age 6 or 7, Miriam was encouraged by her older brother and my older brother to kiss me, since the older boys thought it to be humorous.  At that young and innocent  age I was flabbergasted , but, now, at 76 years , I will always remember Miriam as the first girl I ever kissed!  She will be missed by me and always remembered as a beautify person. Perhaps the point of this experience,  after all these years, never discount the experiences of the very young.  They can have a life-long impact as a significant emotional event!  Blessings and thank you Miriam!

Miriam was a true friend. Her home was open to anyone. She cooked meals for all holidays and Shabbat dinners for friends, family and the Temple community. She rarely complained about her medical conditions.
She loved her husband,children, grandchildren. dog and friends.
She was truly a Woman of Valor and will definitely be missed. May her memory be a blessing 

Miriam was an amazing mother-in-law and I will miss her so much.  She was so kind, sweet and generous, always there when you needed her support. My favorite memories were her passion for the beautiful Seders she hosted over Passover. Visiting her and Ron at their Florida home was such a nice respite. I'm sending love and my deepest condolences to Ron, Dave, Joe,  Rachel, the grandkids, Uncle Jerry, Aunt Vicki and Evelyn and everyone who's life was touched by Miriam's grace. May she rest in eternal peace.
