We have lost a very dear man. I loved Michael who was my brother's best and dearest friend. He became my friend as well. 
  We will miss him terribly. 
   We will miss his friendship, his sense of humor, his generosity, and his positive outlook on life. 
  Mike is gone but we will keep close the memories of the many good times we shared over the years.

Our hearts are broken. Mike was so full of life and he loved every moment and he loved of all of you so. I’m so grateful to our parents for passing down their priceless, one of a kind friendship to us. We are their  legacy and we will carry on their friendship through our freindship and through  every childhoood memory we share, We will continue to love eachother as they loved each other.... forever and ever, and make new memories in their honor. There is nothing like an old friend, one who knows where you came from, knows all your history and is part of all your childhood memories. I love you with all of my heart and soul and breathe... you are my family!

Mike was not just my neighbor above me but was the brother I never had.
I will always miss his friendship, wise advice and sometimes not so wise advice.  Most of all I will miss his keen sarcastic sense of humor as he was always the life of our dinners, parties, or at the pool.  Sorry you have departed so early but I do know you are at a more peaceful place now with your beloved wife.  You were the model father, grandfather, and friend here onn earth and I respectfully looked up to you for that.  I will miss you my brother and may you rest in peace! Until we meet again!

Jeffery and my daughter Sheryl would play together all the time. I am so saddened that Mike has passed. We became reconnected on Facebook .  He so adored his family.

Michael (grandpa) was a very special man and a great father in-law. He also made sure I felt loved. I will miss his jokes and his smile.  I will treasure the memories and he will always have a place in my heart.  Love him to the moon and beyond. May he RIP.

I was Mike's friend from our community.  Mike enjoyed life every day.  Mike was a great listener who would give good advice if I asked,   and always had a joke, an amusing word to lighten up everyone's day.  He was friendly to everyone!   He  spoke about his family with great love and admiration.  His favorite story was when his young granddaughter told him to stop smoking.  He did it for her!  He loved his chocolate pudding with whipped cream!   He will be missed very much.  

We were the closest and best fun-times friends. We raised our children together back in Brooklyn. We had serious talks and so many silly and fun time talks. I will miss him but never forget him. I can see him in my mind's-eye anytime I want to. 
I know our paths will cross again, but oh how I will miss him now. 
As the Beetles say.."Ooblah-Dee, Ooblah-Dah Life goes on. Love his whole family. Very special times we all spent together......

Mike was my friend. I had a crush on him when I was thirteen, and used to see him at Flamingo Park, on Miami Beach.  I am so saddened to read this.  We reunited on facebook, , and had met last year at Festival Flea Market. We had planned to do it again.  He wrote that he was not well. I will always remember him as witty, funny, handsome, macho, and kind.  He loved his family so much! What a loss to all of us who knew him.  I will always have fond memories of him.  Sending my condolences to all of you. I will never forget him.

Grandpa always made me laugh. He always had a joke at the ready. Grandpa was warm, kind hearted and loving. You’ll be missed dearly, grandpa. I’ll never forget you. I love you. 

OMG…I am in shock. I was Barbara and Mike’s first baby sitter for Jeffrey and Traci. I lived in Brightwater Towers with them. My family knew Mike’s  family. When I babysat Mike would always leave me messages not to eat his cake or cookies. (I was chubby and he was always looking out for me! Lol)
