Barry will be missed by so many! His smile was contagious. I used to live in Fort Lauderdale and when Amy would come over to visit her Dad we would always go to the best Italian Restaurants. His whole face would light up when he saw his daughter. He will be missed greatly!

Barry was like an uncle to me. He was around as far back as I could remember. Barry was at most of our family gatherings like birthday parties and holidays. He was funny, charming and loving-and will be sorely missed. I'm heartbroken that my daughter won't know his as she grows up but we will keep his memory alive in our family. I'm so glad he got to meet my daughter, Olivia on Christmas. That is a memory I will cherish forever as it was the last time we saw him.

Love you Barry, I can't believe you are really gone.

But - How many were sorry when he passed away?

Barry was a family friend who will always be part of our growing family. He was a real Gentleman with a kind loving heart. I will miss his "hello Baby" and his "I Love you's". Everyone that knew him loved him for his gentle soul and loving spirit! May God bless him and welcome him with open arms into the gates of heaven. Once there, I am certain that he will be a big hit!

Where do I begin to describe what it's like to have Barry Sinko, my best friend, next door neighbor, and nightly dinner partner ever since my wife entered a Nursing Home years ago?

Barry was my rock, a man who made me laugh when I didn't think I could at times. We told each other everything. We helped each other through the turbulent times of our lives. He was my therapist , and I was his. If we weren't helping each other out, then we were solving the world's problems at Peter Pan Diner , Dunkin Donuts or the hundred other restaurants that greeted Barry and I when we walked through their doors.

Not seeing Barry's face, or listening to the million  stories of his life in that wonderful, entertaining  Philly accent of his is breaking my heart.  Barry was not just a friend to me , he was family. 

To Barry Sinkow's  family, you were all so fortunate to have him - he was so proud of each and every one of you and he tried as hard as he could to make you all proud of him. Barry always felt blessed to have such a wonderful life and that was because of the support system of his family, he used to tell me.

Please know that my door is always open to all of you, as you and I endure this grieving and healing process and beyond.

To Pamela, Cynthia , Amy,and the entire Sinkow family,

My heartfelt condolences go out towards you all. Barry was more than just a friend to the Ragazzo family- he WAS family. Seeing how much my Dad enjoyed his best buddy , Barry, and their endless nightly dinner trips at 5:30 exactly , ha! , made me feel good knowing that my Dad was in good hands after my Mom entered the Nursing Home years ago...

I keep hoping that I'll see Barry's smiling face and be greeted with one of his hilarious stories! We will all experience a tremendous void in our lives with the passing of Barry Sinkow. Every time I walk by his Southpoint condo now I'll pause for a moment and remember that good man who lived in 206N right next to Dad's 204N. 

Rest In Peace, Barry, and thank you for making the world a better place just by YOU being in it. We'll see you on the other side one day. We love you man!
