Candida Rios

Candida Rios passed away peacefully at home on the morning of June 19th, 2019. She was born in Salt Lake City Utah on September 27,1921 to Carlo and Antonia Bailey. The second of seven children. She married Lawrence V. Rios in 1939. Their young marriage was cut short when he passed away as a casualty of wwII. A devoted mother of three, her life surpassed her childrens. Through it all she persevered with unwavering faith. She was a deaconess of Primera Iglesia Bautista de Pacoima, of which her mother was a founding member. She is survived by her eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. She spent her life endlessly loving her family. Being the rock and foundation of which they built their life. Candida leaves behind a tremendous legacy of love, faith and devotion. She will be incredibly missed.
