His parents Fred B. and Lilian Lewis, and his brother Fred E Lewis predecease Tom.
He is lovingly remembered by his children Jeremy Lewis, Lauren Penner, and Nick Penner of Norman, Oklahoma, his grandson Jaymichael Hollandsworth of Yukon, Oklahoma, his sisters Tricia Sheets and spouse Jerry Sheets of Everman, Texas, Sharon Winn and spouse Cavett of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Jody Hill, of Noble, Oklahoma, his sister-in-law Sandy Lewis of Arlington, Texas, his former wives Sandy Burleson and Julie Bash of Norman, Oklahoma, and several nieces and nephews.
He was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on September 14th, 1954. He graduated from Holdenville High School in 1973, and after working in the oil field for 15 years went on to graduate with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Oklahoma City Community College. He touched countless lives as a Registered Nurse for nearly 30 years.
A memorial service for Thomas will be held Friday, August 13, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Primrose Funeral Service, 1109 North Porter Ave, Norman, OK 73071 with Mike Bumgarner officiating.
