Miyoko (Candy) Bragg, 88, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022 in Oklahoma City. She joined her beloved husband Marvin (Mike) Bragg in heaven after being apart for almost 26 years.
Candy was born on February 1, 1933 to Hifumi and Yuma Nagaoka in Oita-Ken Japan on the southern island of Kyushu. She married Marvin at the American Embassy in Tokyo on August 2, 1957.
Candy was a “social butterfly” who enjoyed gatherings, family, bingo, decorating and shopping.
She was proceeded in death by husband Marvin and granddaughter Emily.
Survivors include son Toni and daughter-in-law Theresa, and granddaughters Julianne (husband Joey) and Annie.
The family wishes to thank Traditions hospice nurses Crystal and Michelle and the staff of Wickshire Senior Living Centers in Norman and Oklahoma City.
