She was born December 8, 1944, to Woodrow (Woody) Glen Howard, Sr., and Dolly Mae Earlene Patton at Capitol Hill, Oklahoma. She was a loving mother of two daughters and one son. Janice loved to spend time with family, travel, garden, cross stitch and spend time looking at her flowers.
Janice is survived by two daughters, Becky Blair Dodds of Texas, Cynthia Conrad and husband, Dale of Missouri; seven grandchildren and one great-grandson; her brother, Woodrow Glen Howard, Jr., her sister, Diane Foster; two nieces; two great-nieces and one great-nephew.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow Glen Howard, Sr. and Dolly Mae Earlene Patton; her son, Bobby “Skeet” Dodd (Blair); and nephew Jerry Justin Edgin.
Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, Sept. 5 at the Lakeside Church of God. Inurnment will be at Norman IOOF Cemetery at a later date.
