Dec. 3, 1961 - Mar. 8, 2015 NORMAN Allen, 53, left us on Sunday, the 8th day of March. He was born in Weatherford, OK, to Sherry (Kappel) and Harry Clinton Moore. He received his Masters in Literature from SWOSU in 1999 then went on to achieve his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005 specializing in Emergency Medicine from OSU-COM. He married RoseAnna (Orphan), on the 30th of March, 1990. Allen was preceded in death by his father, and leaves behind his wife and their children: Roberta and husband Rob, Ryan and wife Dusty, and Chase Moore; parents: Sherry Sakoski and husband Denis; siblings: Lorie Grose and husband Patrick, Holly Balcom and husband Todd; grandchildren: Bailey, Chris, Victoria, Robin, Max and Marshall; two nieces and four nephews. A come and go celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2015, at the Primrose Event Center in Norman, OK, from 11am to 1pm.
