Allen was born October 19, 1950, in Springfield, Massachusetts, to Donald R. and Marie M (Bracci) Hall. He had many friends and acquaintances in Oklahoma, Colorado, and Texas and many relatives in Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. He took one last Amtrak trip to Texas which was an annual event for 20 years (with his sister Kathy and friend Cyndi) 4 days before he passed away.
Allen leaves behind many relatives and friends. He is with Amy, his beloved dog, again. Allen was unique in many ways. His sister Kathy knew him as well as anyone and took care of him the best she could.

Memorial service will be 10 am Monday, March 18, 2019, at Primrose Funeral Service Chapel.
