Lonnie Pauline Baker

Polly was born in Tennessee where she met her husband, Thomas L. Baker. They married on October 16, 1955, and spent sixty-seven wonderful years together while raising a son, Dennis and daughter, Debbie.

Polly retired from GEICO Insurance company where she created long-lasting friendships. She had several hobbies which included NASCAR, crafts, and bowling, but what brought her the most joy was spending time with her family, especially her great-grandchildren who made her life so full. Polly was known for her loving, kind, and giving nature. Her caring demeanor and the compassion she showed for everyone left a positive impact on the lives of those that knew her.

Polly is survived by her loving husband, Thomas L. Baker, son Dennis Baker (Angela), daughter Debbie Wade (Tom), granddaughter Nichole Nichols (Eric), Amy Hampton, grandson Dakota Baker (Elizabeth Biggers), Ryan Wade (Heather), and her great-grandchildren Carson Nichols, Kaiya Hampton, and Oliva Wade.

The family will hold a private ceremony to remember her life. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice in celebration of her love.
