A visitation for Julius will be held Monday, May 13, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23501. A funeral service with military honors will occur Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434.
