Edward Allen Bergmann, 65, passed away surrounded by his loving family on November 5, 2021. He was born in Portsmouth, VA to the late George Bergmann and Lala Mae Reed. After gradating from Princess Anne High School, Ed proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Ed was a Technician and Trainer for Cox Communications for 23 years and retried in 2019. He was also a member of New Life Church, Providence Campus. In his spare time, he enjoyed listening to music, going to concerts and festivals, watching football (Go Washington!), going to the beach, fishing and telling jokes. His fondest moments were spent telling stories with his grandkids. What he loved most was his wife and kids. Ed was a loving, humorous, compassionate man who will be missed by all who knew him.
