Charlotte Barber Norman 97, passed away September 25, 2018 in Virginia Beach. She was born in Norfolk, January 13, 1921 to Kenneth and Mae Barber. She was a longtime resident of the Baylake Pines Community and enjoyed spending time with her family on Joyce Lake. Charlotte loved playing bridge and listening to live music.
She is predeceased by her husband Dallas V. Norman SR., son, Kenneth L. Norman, daughter, Charlene Norman Chapman and brother William Barber.
Charlotte leaves to cherish her memory, her sons: Dallas Vernon Norman, Jr., and Joseph Gilliland and grandchildren: Kati Miller, Dallas Chapman, Heath Chapman, Adora Norman, Ellis Norman, Seth Norman, Kenny Norman, Stephanie Norman, Chase Norman and Emily Norman.
Her funeral service will be 12:00, Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk, Virginia. Condolences may be offered to the family online at www.woodlawngroup.com.
