Carol Ellis Minor

Carol Ellis Minor, 64, passed away on August 22, 2020. She was born in Harlem, NY. She retired from Sublant, where she was an awards administrator, creating awards and certificates for various ceremonies. She was a wonderful woman, who was greatly loved by all who knew her. In her spare time, Carol enjoyed old movies, listening to audio books, and dancing. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is predeceased by her father, John Henry Ellis; brother, John Ellis, Jr.; and sister Johnette Mathis. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 46 years, James Minor, Jr.; daughter Renee Dean and husband Jerald; sons, Shawn Christopher Minor, and Michael Cory Minor and wife Atoy; brother, Steven Ellis; and 7 grandchildren, Cameron, Terique, Teondre, Victoria, Tevion, DeQuan and DaJon . Services will be private.
