Betty Joyce Miller, 70, passed on April 10th, surrounded by her loving family.
She was past commander at the American Legion and also a 30 year member. She retired after 24 years of service in the US Navy as Chief YNC/ E7. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Kenneth Nobles, family, and many friends. BJ will be missed tremendously.
