Betty Jane Dickman, 83, passed away in Norfolk on Friday, February 26, 2021. Betty was born in Austin, Minnesota to the late Ingvold and Hattie Frandle. She is also predeceased by her husband, Edwin Dickman. Betty was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She worked as a supervisor supply specialist at the Naval Supply Center NOB in Norfolk. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is cherished in memory by her children, Renea Belche, Roxann Durham, Rhonda Bowman and Judy Barbarisi; sisters, Darlene and Ardella, seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Woodlawn Funeral Home. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service for everybody to come and greet the family.
