Pat's life was at times filled with great happiness and also times where she met with battles, but she always came out on the other side. We all have our special memories with her, no matter who's heart she touched, even if it was for a moment.
Pat was loved deeply by her family and we accept her for who she was, and she was amazing.
A heartfelt thank you to the nurses, PSW's and care team professionals for their support.
In keeping with Pat's wishes, private cremation services have taken place.
