Bill was born in Paterson and raised in the Denville and Caldwell area. He attended Lenape Valley High School. Bill worked as an Offset Pressman for many years and more recently was a truck driver for PODS storage.
Bill was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. He was a martial arts black belt and was actively involved in self-defense programs. Bill loved his NY sports teams, especially the Yankees, Giants and Rangers. He enjoyed going to the shooting range, ocean fishing, skiing, motocross, Jeopardy, sunsets and going to the beach. He was always extremely reliable and enjoyed guiding people through life’s adventures. Most of all, Bill cherished the moments spent with his family.
Bill was predeceased by his parents, Edward Thomas and Diane Clair (Nicol) Bambrick; and his brother, Danny Bambrick. He is survived by his wife, Cathy (Sullivan) Bambrick; his son Derrek Stolk and wife, Catherine; his daughter, Lauren Seeger and husband, James; his son, Jesse Bambrick; his grandchildren, Jeremy and Logan Stolk, and Kayla, Matthew and Aiden Seeger; his brother, Stephen Bambrick and wife, Pam; his niece, Jacquie Bambrick; and his nephew, Stephen Bambrick, Jr.
A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Sunrise Mountain Scenic Overlook, Route 206, Branchville, followed by a celebration at the Kittatinny Lake Clubhouse, 3 East Shore Trail, Branchville.
