Born April 16, 2013, in Lincoln County, he was the son of Robert Colyer Short and Ashley Renee Seibers.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Judith Short.
Left to cherish his memory, in addition to his parents, are his maternal grandparents, Roger Lee and Cindi Jo Seibers; paternal grandparents, Richard C. Short, Sr. and Florence Short.
The funeral will be conducted on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home in Newton with the Rev. Larry Cooley officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Lincolnton at 1:30 p.m.
The family will receive friends prior to the funeral service from 10:00 to 10:45 at Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home.
