"On the evening of Saturday April 28, 2012, the Lord took my mom, Linda Elaine Lehman, home to be one of his angels. At only 58 years young my mom passed away from pancreatic cancer. After finding out in January that they found cancer again, having been diagnosed only three weeks before her death. She had fought breast cancer twice before, but this was her time to go home. She had a really hard time after the second breast cancer surgery five years ago so I know she is in a better place now. No more suffering and she is at peace. Rest in peace Mommy.
She was such a great mom. She was always so vibrant and vivacious. Anyone who knew her will never forget her laugh and her love for life. We were the purple mom and daughter team. We had our rough times but every mother and daughter does. I loved her very much and I know she loved me more than anything. I know I made her proud. I am too young and she was too young. But I KNOW she is where she always wanted to be...with God. Everything happens for a reason. No one will forget Linda Lavender. I love you".
