Alexander Funeral Home-Newburgh Chapel
Matthew Tarren Miller, lovingly known as "Bear," passed away on November 14, 2024, at the age of 22. He was born on May 23, 2002 in Evansville, Indiana. Bear was a resident of Warrick County, Indiana.
Bear is the cherished son of Dr. Jeffrey and Sherry Miller and the treasured younger brother of Tyler, Taylor (Bonnie), Tanner (Alyssa), and Turner Miller. He leaves behind a grandfather, Gerald Alexander; nieces and nephews—Lincoln, Sadie, Novan, Emelia and her mother, Brittany. As well as his loyal German Shepherd, Puppy, who was his companion and friend.
Bear graduated from Castle High School in 2020 and was previously employed by Cloud 9. Known for his sweet, caring, and genuine spirit, he made a lasting impression on everyone he met. His respectful and polite nature was matched only by his love for life and adventure. He had a passion for riding his motorcycle, fishing, football, gaming, flying, and capturing the world through photography. Go Broncos!
A celebration of Bear's life will take place at Alexander Funeral Home – Newburgh Chapel, 5333 State Road 261, on Sunday, November 17, 2024, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
