She was a graduate of Memorial High School and had attended USI. Kelly had worked at American General Financial, Heritage Federal Credit Union, and Integra Bank.
Kelly was preceded in death by her grandparents, Cyrille and Marguerite Howard and Frank Fulkerson.
She is survived by her son, Bailey Howard; brother, Terry Howard; parents, Walter and Becky Howard; grandmother, Marie Fulkerson; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, May 2, 2013 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Newburgh, officiated by Rev. Tom Kessler with burial at St. John Cemetery. Friends may visit Wednesday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander Newburgh Chapel and on Thursday from 9:00 AM until service time at the church. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
