Jack N Doughty Sr.

Jack was a member of North Friendship Church in Lynnville, IN. He graduated from Bosse High School. Jack was an Army Veteran serving with Patton’s 3rd Army. He was a tool & die maker working for his brother at Moll Tool and Plastics, retiring after 35 years. Jack was a Little League Baseball Coach and Softball Coach.

He was preceded in death by his son, Jack Doughty, Jr.; brother, Carl; and sister, Charlotte Smith.

Jack is survived by his wife of 70 years, Margaret Doughty of Newburgh; son, Gary (Pam) Doughty of Huntingburg, IN; grandchildren, Jeff Doughty, Jay (Tara) Doughty, Joel Doughty, Michelle (Tim) Humston, and Scott (Suzanne) Fray; nine great grandchildren; brother, Robert Doughty (Bettye); and nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to his niece and nephew, Tommy and Laura Blair.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 PM Monday, August 13, 2012, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Ray Crane, with entombment in Oak Hill Mausoleum.
