Walter loved New York! He was known for taking strolls around the city, discovering new neighborhoods and appreciating the various types of architecture he would come across. His love of the city led him to move from his banking career (Chase, Fuju and Lincoln Savings Bank) to become a Real Estate Agent at Douglas Elliman. He then went out on his own (Larkin-NYC) and continued to find his passion helping others find their perfect NYC home. Walter loved the theater, dining out and exploring the amazing museums and galleries NY had to offer. He also loved to travel and enjoyed sitting by any body of water!
Walter loved his family and friends dearly. He regularly checked in with a short and sweet text that would bring a smile to your face. His loving, kind spirit and philanthropic nature made him a very special person to all who knew him. His most recent charitable contribution was seen in his work on the Board of Directors of the James Lenox House, an assisted living facility in NY.
