Sam passed away on January 11, 2019 at the age of 22. Beloved son of Marla and David. Loving brother of Elizabeth. Adored grandson, nephew and cousin. Cherished friend. He is missed.
The family will receive visitors for shiva at their home on Wednesday from 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock.
