My condolences to the family of Stinor and may his soul rest in peace.  I shall always remember our association at Iowa State and the great times we had together.

I was not aware Stinor had passed away this January and pray his soul may rest in peace. Stinor was a roomate with me for2 years at Iowa State University 1951 & 1952 - a great friend - after graduation and taking on a job in 1953  I was assigned to the New York area in August of 1953 and met up with Stinor at his Deal New Jersey - my wife an I spent an enjoyable weekend with him and his mother and never forget the wonderful time we had - after that I had very little contact with Stinor except once I met with him for lunch - unfortunately after graduation we traveled in different circles and neverreall had a chance to get together - about a year so ago I tried calling Stinor but was sort of brushed of and just decided to forget about it - anyway my experiences with Stionor will always be cherished

I am so sorry to know that Stinor passed away in January, I was not informed about such bad news.... I write from Spain, my name is Beatriz. I met Mr. Gimbel many years ago in New York, he was very kind and gentile... I will never forget his good conversation and sense of humor, he was definitively a very good person. I am very sorry for your loss.
