Linda Ross

Linda Joy Propas Ross (74) of New York, NY — formerly of West Bloomfield, MI — passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 14, 2021 with her daughters by her side. She is survived by her brother, Lonnie (Susie) Propas, two daughters, Andrea (David) Samuel and Laura (Steven) Jacobs, and her five grandchildren, Rebecca, Elissa, and Sari Cohen and Benjamin and Emma Jacobs.

Linda was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, but lived most of her life in The Detroit Area, where she raised her children. She retired to Laguna Beach, CA and then fulfilled her lifelong dream of living in New York City. She loved her dog, Mike, and enjoyed Broadway and the arts. In her life, she was fortunate to travel and visit much of the world. She was very passionate about political and philanthropic causes and has always been an avid reader.
