Bill was saved at an early age at Chittum Chapel Baptist Church. He was a faithful member of Spirit and Truth Worship Center, and attended until he no longer could. He loved the Lord, his family and his grandkids and enjoyed spending all the time he could with them. Bill loved to work on cars and trucks, anything to keep his hands busy. He enjoyed camping and fishing and being in nature.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Attie West, and a number of brothers and sisters.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Georgia. Children, Eddie West, Claude (Denise) West, and Regina (Avery) Morgan. Grandchildren, Crystal (Buddy) Geiger, Cody (Sarah) West, Amber (Tyler) Partin, Billy (Mia) West, Cheyenne (Jeff) Tarver, Catie West (Jason Ousley), Eli (Megan) Morgan, and Austin (Angel) West. Sister, Faye (Benard) Dalton. 13 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of other family and friends.
