Jack Siegel a long time resident of New New Rochelle passed away August 15, 2012. He was 91 years old. He was the devoted husband of the Vivian Siegel who passed away in1998. Jack was the son of Solomen and Bella Siegel and was born on Feb. 20, 1921 in Columbia, Ct. Both he and his wife were teachers and worked within the New York City school system and Jack also served in the Army during WW II.
