Michael Ramsey

Michael Alanzo Ramsey was born January 23, 1984 in Lewiston, Maine. Michael graduated in 2002 from William Penn High School, New Castle, Delaware where he was active in sports throughout high school. He relocated to Port Richey, Florida in 2008. He worked for Brighthouse for a number of years and most recently worked in healthcare at Morton Plant Clearwater on the Orthopedic Services floor.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Laurier J. Bonenfant, Jeanette A. Bonenfant, and C. David Ramsey; and aunts, Elizabeth (Libby) Blankenship and Patricia Buckmore.

He is survived by his mother, Lianne M. Ramsey of New Port Richey; his father, Charles D. Ramsey (Rosanne O’Malley)of Port Richey; brothers, David Ramsey (Jackie Kersey), Geoffrey Ramsey (Crystal Stoffer) and sister, Danielle McCallister (Rick) and beloved nieces and nephews; grandmother, Elizabeth (Beth) Ramsey; aunts, Linda Ramsey, Valerie Wells (Terry), Dianne Ramsey, Nancy Bonenfant, Cindy Johnson (William), Jackie Roelands (Walter); uncle, Richard Bonenfant; and many cousins.

Michael enjoyed fitness training/body building, going to the beach, console gaming, and all things country western.

Celebration of the Life of Michael Alonzo Ramsey will be held September 14, 2019 from 2pm to 4pm at Meadowlawn Funeral Home, 4244 Madison Avenue., New Port Richey, Florida. We ask that no flowers be sent and that donations in Michael’s name can be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
