Charlie always had a smile on his face.We met through Special Olympics. Charlie loved those pancakes!So glad you let us share in your life!You will be deeply missed,prayers for your family. 

Charlie was a man of few words!  Yet, he had a huge impact on those around him!  He shared that contagious smile often and his hugs left a memory.   He loved Special Olympics and loved being with his teammates.  I will dearly miss him!  I know he is on his way to earning many Gold Medals and celebrating with a huge bowl of ice cream!  

Charlie will certainly be missed.  He was such a kind, quiet soul.  We were honored to know him and John.  Charlie is whole, healed and perfect now in the arms of our Father in heaven and amongst the realms of angels.  Your family is certainly in our prayers for strength and peace during this time.  I am sorry we will not be able to attend the memorial service, but know we will be there in spirit.

Charlie was a sweet soul. With all the crazy that can happen at a Special Olympics event, if you caught Charlie's eye, he just gave you a calming smile. Thank you for all the hearts you touched Charlie.  

Charlie's smile would light up the room. In basketball last year he was running sprints with the others and they were cheering him on. He was cheering for himself too.  I will miss you Charlie.

Charlie's smile is contagious. The day he ran in basketball was amazing. After he cheered so loud the whole gym had their eyes on him.

Charlie was a bright light in our Shine group. He always shared his smile and laugh with us. The day he was baptized was a significant day in my life. His desire to be baptized was so strong and he wanted to do it all. He was so happy when he came out of that water! Thank you for sharing your life with us, Charlie!  

Charlie was one of a kind.  Full of love, kindness and happiness.  His smile could light up the world.  When he gave you a hug you didn't want it to end. He was not just a Special Olympian but he was our friend.   I grew to love him as a little brother.  Chip, my brother and Charlie were good friends.  Charlie and John were our companions for going places and doing things, especially going out to eat and getting ice cream.  Ice cream was Charlie's favorite.  Just mention ice cream and Charlie would get  the biggest smile on his face.  Chip and I will miss him so very much!!!   Charlie we love you!!!

We are saddened and heartbroken to know that Charlie has passed onto the life that awaits us.

He brought with him a sweet and kind disposition and was very unassuming and expected nothing from us.

He had a special way of being kind and we always looked forward to his greeting.

He always tried his best at various Special Olympics sports.  We coached with him in basketball, bocce, bowling and golf.  He was a true athlete and was always brave in the attempt.  

We raise the Torch in his memory.

So sorry to hear of Charley’s passing. I enjoyed knowing him through Special Olympics.
